Neal is a compassionate, creative entrepreneur. He previously started Three Twins Ice Cream which he grew from a one person company to an international brand. He became passionate about making addressing one’s mental health accessible following dual, deep personal losses. Neal lives in the redwoods of northern California with his wife, Limor, and their two rescue pups.

Caren Baginski (she/her) is a journalist, yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and the award-winning author of Restorative Yoga: Relax. Restore. Re-energize. She’s passionate about supporting others in their mental health journey by increasing access to therapeutic resources. Caren is based in Denver.

Carl is a proven technology leader with over 20 years of experience shaping engineering and product organizations. Starting off as a full stack engineer in manufacturing, he went on to develop technical expertise in modern web and mobile development. Carl has held senior leadership roles in a wide range of consumer and enterprise technology companies.Carl presently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Akili, Inc., where he leads development of their digital therapeutic portfolio that focuses on improving cognition.

Dr. Davis is a licensed professional counselor, board certified tele-mental health counselor, a board certified coach, and certified first responder counselor located in Birmingham, Alabama. Through I C.A.R.E. Wellness Services, LLC, she provides counseling to help clients achieve results that empower them to cultivate a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Davis is an educator, motivational speaker, Red Cross volunteer with Services to Armed Forces, and a life member of both the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans.
